At Mattress Collective, we stand behind every mattress we sell. That’s why we offer a 30-Night Sleep Trial on all eligible purchases.
30-Night Sleep Trial
We encourage you to sleep on your new mattress for at least 7-10 nights to allow your body to adjust. If after 30 nights you’re not completely satisfied, contact us to initiate a return.
Return Conditions
- Items must be in the same condition as delivered (no stains, damage, or odors)
- Original packaging must be retained where possible
- Return shipping or pickup costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect
Refund Process
Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
Eligibility
New MLILY mattresses and open-box/refurbished mattresses are both eligible for the 30-night trial. Final sale items are excluded and will be marked clearly on the product listing.
